LIMITED LIFETIME
WARRANTY
Medi-Rub Corp. dba Holly International with its principal place of
business at 240 Calle Pintoresco, San Clemente, CA 92672-7504, hereby
warrants to the original purchaser that it will replace the defective
unit, at no charge to the customer including shipping to and from the
customer's place of residence or business, for the first year of
ownership when such request is made within one year of purchase. (Proof
of purchase date must be sent when claiming service under this
warranty.)
To have the above warranty honored, the original purchaser must package
the device together with the name, address, zip code, phone number and
proof of purchase and an explanation of the malfunction. Holly
International will arrange for United Parcel Service to pick up the
device at no cost to the customer. This service is applicable anywhere
in the contiguous United States only.
After the first year it is the customer's responsibility to return the
device to HOLLY INTERNATIONAL along with a detailed explanation of the
malfunction. Prior service or repair, we will notify the customer of the
cost. Any and all repairs after the first year are guaranteed not to
exceed a total of eighty-nine dollars ($89.00) including shipping the
product back to the customer.
This warranty does not extend to any units which have been used in
violation of written instructions furnished, or to units which have been
altered or modified or damage to products or parts. This warranty is
void if the product has been damaged by accident, unreasonable use,
misuse, neglect, improper service or repaired by unauthorized personnel
or other causes not arising out of defects in materials or workmanship.
THE EXPRESS WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE IS THE ONLY WARRANTY APPLICABLE TO
THE PRODUCT AND IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR
IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
In the event Holly International does not abide by terms of this
warranty, the customer may seek breach of contract remedies in the State
or Federal courts of law. This warranty gives you specific legal rights
and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.

MADE IN THE USA.
